Refund policy
We want you to feel confident shopping with Cris&Lo Skincare. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. A receipt or other proof of purchase is also required.
To request a return, please get in touch with us at info@crisnlo.com before sending any items back.
Approved returns should be sent to:
Cris&Lo Skincare
2918 Avenue I #1185
Brooklyn, NY 11210
If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and, when applicable, a return shipping label. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
For questions regarding your return, please get in touch with us at info@crisnlo.com.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us promptly so we can review the issue and make it right.
When contacting us, please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging when applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Products that have been opened, used, tested, or altered
- Personal care, skincare, haircare, or cosmetic products that have been opened
- Custom or personalized products
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final-sale merchandise
Please contact us before purchasing if you have questions about whether a particular product is eligible for return.
Sale Items
Unless otherwise stated, sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
I’d also recommend adding a short “Cancellations,” “Exchanges,” and “Return Shipping Costs” section so your Shopify policy fully explains who pays the return shipping and what happens if someone wants to cancel an order before it ships.
